The Object Hierarchy editor is used to add objects to the hierarchy by the drag-and-drop of objects from the Knowledge Explorer.
When you Insert as Child, the object is added below (i.e. within) an existing object. When you Insert as Peer, the object is added above (i.e. at the same or higher level)
This example shows a simple Object Hierarchy, where a Component_SubAssembly called Computer has three Components of MotherBoard, PowerSupplyUnit and HardDiskDrive. Note that if you added this Computer object into another Object Hierarchy, that all three other sub components would be added along with it.
